Clapsaddle-Garber Associates has provided Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Services throughout the State of Iowa since 1959.  We have consistently grown and developed a record of engineering excellence and dependability. The firm provides a broad range of services to governmental, industrial, and private clients in various disciplines of engineering, construction administration, planning, and land surveying.
