Charles City Municipal Airport. Runway 12/30 dedication ceremony in fall of 2004. Entire project included complete reconstruction of Runway 12/30 with PCC pavement including incorporation of recycled PCC as base material, installation of extensive subdrain system, installation of MIRL, REILS, replacement of VASI homeruns, and vault modifications including lighting system control panel in terminal building.
