Marshalltown Community 'Y'

CGA served as the Project Manager for the Master Planning process for an ambitious, $40 million dollar expansion and improvement to the Marshalltown YMCA/YWCA buildings and grounds. As such, CGA coordinated the efforts of a multi-disciplined team of professionals, including market analysis, architectural assessment, site assessment, community needs survey, pricing, constructability and financing issues.

The first phase of implementation of the Master Plan has been completed with the construction of the new 122,000 square foot recreational center and related infrastructure including a 525 car parking lot. CGA served as the Project Civil Engineer during the design and construction.
