Matt D. Garber, P.E., P.L.S.

Matt Garber is a Vice President and Project Manager for CGA. As a Vice President he is responsible for design standards, procedures and methods, as well as staffing coordination.  As a Project Manager he is responsible for meeting with clients, developing projects, writing and negotiating engineering services agreements, budgeting, design and construction administration. Garber has over ten years of experience in transportation design, IDOT construction administration, site development, subdivision and municipal infrastructure design. Garber is a graduate of Iowa State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer as well as a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Iowa. Garber is a member of Iowa Engineering Society and the Iowa Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
