Ottumwa Industrial Airport

Construction of a premier terminal building in Ottumwa, designed to accommodate commercial service operations along with FBO operations. This project was accomplished through a team approach involving TSP Six and CGA.

A new 12 stall T-hangar replaced the old hangars and provided some needed room to grow. In addition, taxiway work provided access to the east and west sides of the hangars.
