Residential Subdivisions

From initial planning to final construction CGA has been involved in all phases of residential and commercial site development. In addition to concept planning, engineering design, and construction management, CGA also has the experience necessary in working with State, Local , and Federal agencies for applications, permitting, and administration of funding.

Typical projects involve concept layout, topographic survey, preliminary plat, construction staking, specifications, preparation of final plat, setting of pins, construction observation and statement of completion. Our staff work as project engineers and provide coordination between city and/or developer, the contractor and various government agencies.

In addition to residential/commercial site development CGA also consults with local governments for drainage, erosion, and flooding problems.
