Robert A. Garber, P.E.

Rob Garber is a Project Manager for CGA. He is responsible for the development and management of airport projects throughout Iowa. Garber's 20 years of experience includes total project development including Master Plans, Capital Improvement Plans, Grant Applications, and implementation of various airport projects. He provides design and construction engineering on landside and airside projects including runway and taxiway extensions, terminal area improvements, lighting and navaid projects. His experience also includes site development and infrastructure improvements for economic development. Garber is a graduate of Iowa State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Iowa. He is an active member of industry & community organizations, including acting as a Director with the Newton Housing Development Corporation, a member of the Newton Rotary, and is active with Iowa Public Airports Association.
