William R. Grabe, P.E.

Bill Grabe is President and Chief Executive Officer of Clapsaddle-Garber Associates. He is responsible for our corporate policy, business management and directing the day to day operations of the firm. As a project manager he has over 30 years of experience with CGA in project development including planning, budgeting, design and implementation. His experience includes transportation, site development, and infrastructure improvements for both private and public clients. He is an active participant in numerous industry, professional and civic organizations. He has been a speaker on a wide range of topics at industry related conferences including the CEC/IDOT/FHWA Transportation Conference, the Asphalt Paving Association Annual Conference, the American Association of Airport Executives Construction/Project Management Workshop, the Iowa Concrete Paving Association Workshop and the Iowa Airport Conference. Grabe, who is a graduate of Iowa State University, is a registered Professional Engineer in Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska.
