Clapsaddle-Garber Associates, Inc. is conducting a questionnaire of agencies providing water and sanitary sewer service in our surrounding counties. This will provide updated results from the study conducted in 2019. The questionnaire will be mailed to 289 cities in our surrounding 28 counties. If your city doesn’t receive one, but you’d still like to participate, we’d love to include your information in our results. In return for your cooperation, we will provide a copy of the compiled information to all respondents. This gives you the opportunity to observe how your city’s rates compare with other communities. It may even help support informed decisions about any potential rate changes in the future.
How to participate:
Download the PDF and fill out the tables on the form, as well as attach a copy of your water and sewer ordinances. After the form is completed you can mail or email it back to our office at the address or email address listed.
