Heather Thomas, P.E., is a Project Manager and joined CGA in 2017. She has ten years of experience completing a wide range of municipal projects in stormwater, wastewater, and potable water fields. She graduated with a degree in Agricultural Engineering with an emphasis in soil and water conservation and became licensed as a Civil Engineer with a water resources emphasis.
The CGA core value that she sees on a daily basis is relationships.
I value my relationships with people and communities that I feel privileged to assist. That bond is built on trust: trust that I have their best interest in mind; trust that I’ll put my best foot forward to provide them solutions to their problems; trust that I’ll be honest with them when there is something out of my or my coworkers’ wheelhouse that we will help connect them to a resource that can help them; and trust that I’ll work hard to provide them value from project concept through project completion.
My job is to help them: it’s a job I continue to strive to grow and get better in; it’s a job where I get to do what I love to do – help others; and it’s a job that does not exist without those relationships.
