Family is a core value John has seen at CGA throughout his employment.

I have seen the Family Core Value consistently since I started at CGA. When I first started, everyone was friendly and it was apparent they were more than just co-workers; they are a family. The staff has a sense of humor, often cracking jokes, which made me feel even more comfortable as a new employee.

CGA has such a different working environment than other places I have worked. Co-workers and managers are approachable and they truly mean “there is no dumb question”. This helped me gain confidence quickly and it continues to motivate me with my work at CGA.
