Rob Anderson, IT/CADD Manager, believes one of CGA’s strongest Core Values is Continual Improvement.
I have seen this action through several committees CGA has had. We are consistently aiming towards finding new and better ways of completing tasks & design. Some examples are implementing the use of Microsoft TEAMS for better communication, CRM for client management, & YouTube for quick tip videos & training. If we are not improving, we will become stagnate and that is not a good thing.
