ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys are detailed surveys performed to standards set forth by the American Land and Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
These surveys are often required for real estate transactions involving high-value properties. The standards specify accuracy and what is to be included in the survey.
CGA has successfully completed ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys for numerous large-scale projects.
Our registered & licensed surveyors can help
With all your ALTA or Land Title survey needs.
This is a special type of detailed boundary survey that must be performed by a registered licensed surveyor and prepared in accordance with certain, more stringent, standards. These types of surveys are often required by lenders or title companies to depict:
- parcel boundaries
- improvements
- easements
- rights-of-way
and other elements that may impact land ownership, such as encroachments and unrecorded interests or uses for commercial property.
As always, one project manager will be assigned to your project from start to finish, ensuring responsiveness and clear communication.
