Site design varies from project to project, from tight urban sites to wide open rural settings.  CGA’s professional civil engineers develop plans and specifications for all grading, paving, utilities, and site improvements outside of building footprints. We serve as the site / civil engineer, coordinating our work with engineering and architectural teams for new buildings and building additions following the AIA process.  In addition, we provide maintenance and/or improvement plans working directly with our clients when no building construction is involved.

CGA offers our clients flexibility.  We have delivered countless projects over the years using various methods including traditional design-bid-build, the construction manager process, and design-build.  We have the resources to work on multiple pieces of your project simultaneously and provide multiple construction document packages so you can break ground as soon as possible. We have experience with several specification formats and are always willing to work with owner-provided.
