Dike New Hartford Community School District Additions & Renovations

CGA is partnering with Emergent Architecture on renovations to the elementary school building in Dike, Iowa. CGA’s role involves topographic survey, design and construction administration, site design and construction documents, SWPPP and NPDES permit and bid negotiation, and construction administration. Construction is underway and expected to be completed before school starts this fall.
