Cedar Valley Crossing | Waterloo, Iowa

CGA completed the site design for a new commercial subdivision at the intersection of Highway 20 and 63 in Waterloo called Cedar Valley Crossing. Site work included topographic survey, platting, city approval and coordination, multiple site configurations, layout, grading, utilities, landscaping, construction observation, testing, and administration.
