A residential 12 lot subdivision between West 4th St. and Westchester Rd. in Waterloo. CGA completed conceptual planning, preliminary platting survey, site design, and final platting survey services. This site included HMA pavement and PCC curb and gutter. Kimberly Avenue and Kathy Jean Drive were added to the list of city streets.
A 10 lot commercial sub-division in Waterloo that involved complete PCC pavement with the installation of all underground utilities and a detention pond. CGA services included construction survey work, construction observation, testing, and administration.
CGA completed the reconstruction of Mill Street and 6th Street pavement, from IA Highway 14, west approximately 1500 feet to A Avenue in Grundy Center. We performed the engineering design, construction phase, and construction staking services. The reconstruction involved complete removal of material, the laying of HMA pavement with PCC curb and gutter.
