CGA completed site design for the new Scooter’s Coffee House at the intersection of Lincoln Way and Duff Avenue in Ames. Site work included multiple building demolition, topographic survey, platting, city approval and coordination, multiple site configurations, layout, grading, utilities, landscaping, IDOT coordination, pedestrian access improvements, and construction staking.
CGA has been assisting the Hardin County Drainage District 56 with an upper main tile diversion. This is being done to reduce the hydraulic load on the tile, thus increasing its life. CGA also assisted with right-of-way services.
