CGA assisted ISU FP&M with improvements to 4000 feet of 13th Street from Stange Rd to the east edge of campus. The project approach includes using non-destructive
pavement and subgrade evaluation technology to determine the remaining pavement life throughout the corridor to determine the extent of rehabilitation vs. reconstruction. CGA will take the project to the Design Development stage and hold the plans until funding is available for completion.
