CGA provided the Civil Engineering Services for a new Premier Best Western located on the east side of Interstate 35 in Ankeny. Wertzberger Architects designed the new 4-story hotel and conference center to connect to the former restaurant building. CGA designed a small parking lot extension, site utilities, pedestrian extensions, and outdoor patio areas for the facility and led the site plan approval process with the City of Ankeny. The existing pond was utilized for the required stormwater quantity and quality.
