CGA partnered with Emergent Architecture to complete improvements to the Dike-New Hartford Community School District facilities.
CGA completed the topographic survey and floodplain analysis at the New Hartford Elementary site. Design included sidewalk demolition, building expansions, new ADA-accessible sidewalks, a playground, a new parking lot and drop-off area, and storm sewer. CGA’s scope included survey, design, construction documents, and construction administration.
CGA also completed site design at the Dike High School. Design included pavement demolition, early site utility re-routing, stormwater modeling and piping updates, stormwater management, new entry addition, ADA-compliant pedestrian walks, new parking lot and drop-off areas, gymnasium addition, staff parking addition, and sanitary sewer service. CGA’s scope included survey, design, construction documents, and construction administration.
