CGA partnered with EYP architects to complete the design and construction of the new $90 Million HSSC complex. The project included a 3-story addition to join the historic Alumni Recitation and Carnegie Halls on the west side of campus. CGA assisted in the design of a green roof and storm water reclamation tank for flushing toilets below the building to reduce stormwater runoff.
CGA completed an Early Site Preparation package to relocate campus utilities including water main, steam, chilled water, condensate, hot water, electrical, and fiber optics as well as install additional utilities to service future campus facilities.
CGA has completed Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents for HSSC, AFA, and Campus Landscape and is currently involved with Construction Administration of all three. CGA is performing construction staking on all of these projects in addition to the new Tennis Courts, designed by RDG, and the Campus Accessibility Project, designed by OPN.
