This project was completed in two phases.
Phase I included the demolition of the existing Long Term Care Wing. Temporary
enclosure of the hospital, site utilities, and grading was required.
Phase II included new construction to add an addition to the existing hospital for a new Surgery Department, imaging department expansion for MRI and CT rooms, and basement, and stair/elevator to access the second floor.
Anticipated New Construction Area: Approximately 33,500 SF addition (24,000 SF on the main level + 9,500 SF basement) for a new Surgery Department, imaging department expansion for MRI and CT rooms, basement, and stair/elevator to access the second floor.
Anticipated Renovation Area: Approximately 2,000 SF of renovation for the Lab Department
Number of anticipated Floors: Partial two-story addition (main floor + partial basement), single-story, slab on grade addition at areas without a basement.
