CGA worked with this ISU Fraternity on an economical solution for the rehabilitation of their existing parking lot. The design included pavement evaluation, select removal and replacement, select rehabilitation, new striping, stormwater conveyance, landscaping, neighbor and access coordination, and city site plan approval.
