Lincolnshire Addition is a newly built residential subdivision located between Monticello Avenue and Meadow Lane in Waterloo; SW of the Ridgeway/Ansborough intersection behind Cedar Valley Community Church.
CGA completed the boundary/site survey, topographic survey and subdivision plat. Our design role consisted of site grading, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, and paving. We were also responsible for stormwater management which included the detention pond grading and storm sewer design. In addition, our team was responsible for construction observation, testing, documentation, and SWPPP inspections and corresponding reports.
