CGA assisted FEH Design on a new athletic complex in Marshalltown, Iowa. The $6.25 Million project for the Marshalltown Community School District included new lighting, a synthetic turf football/soccer field, a new track base and surface, a home grandstand, a sprinkler system, restrooms, concessions, a press box, and entry from Bobcat Blvd. Coordination with the new Team Room/Tornado Shelter was also a key component.
CGA’s scope of services included Topographic Survey, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.
