CGA partnered with InVision Architects to complete the site design for the new $10 million dollar Cedar Falls Police and Fire Headquarters on the south side of Cedar Falls in the Prairie Business Park. The project includes a 22,000 SF addition onto the existing fire station, a 20-stall visitor parking lot, 67-stall access controlled employee and patrol car parking lot, and a 4-bay firetruck garage. The site is enhanced with a bio-retention cell for stormwater filtering and an abundance of landscape plantings to harmonize with the surrounding Pinnacle Prairie development.
