The Arbors, located on Viking Road, one-half mile north of Hudson Road in Cedar Falls, Iowa needed stormwater management from scratch due to a new residential development being built. The project included extensive site grading, construction of stormwater management areas, PCC pavement as well
as water and utilities. CGA has provided the layout for Public Storm Sewer and Detention for all development stages.
