CGA partnered with Design Alliance to provide a site plan and design for a new assisted living facility in Marshalltown, IA, including existing conditions and demolition; site layout; grading; storm sewer design; sanitary sewer and water service design; utility layout; staking plan; stormwater controls (stormwater quality and detention); and details. In addition, CGA provided the proposed wall alignment, as well as finished grade elevations at the top and bottom of structural retaining walls.
Since the property was greater than one acre, SWPPP, NPDES, and a Storm Water Management plan were also provided.
