CGA completed the site design for the Waverly Health Center EMS addition and remodel. The scope included a topographic survey, demolition of a portion of the existing building and parking lots, new EMS building addition, new vehicular entrance, two new terraced parking lots, one parking lot expansion, sidewalks, new service drive, storm sewer, stormwater management, and construction staking. Over thirty feet of elevation change across the site led to a creative site solution to meet ADA compliance.
